We’re looking for a Global Corporate Controller to lead our worldwide financial accounting operations. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll oversee financial reporting, compliance, and controls while driving improvements across systems and processes. What you will be doing:

  • Lead the Global Accounting Organization through developing a robust, sustainable accounting function globally that conforms to generally accepted accounting principles and SEC requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence and in line with overall Franklin Electric guidelines through integration of standard processes.
  • Facilitates strong business partnership, team-oriented culture within global accounting organization
  • Drives Development of Global Accounting team with continuous improvement mindset that supports corporate growth strategy
  • Responsible for complete, accurate and timely financial reporting, both internal and external
  • Maintain the company's overall system of accounts, books and records on all company transactions and assets.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risk. Design, implement and monitor internal control frameworks.
  • Collaborates with global financial organization to drive global strategy with sustainable accounting policies and procedures with that adhere to US GAAP
  • Create Global Centers of Excellence for our accounting processes including monthly closing and reconciliation processes. Maintains a system of controls over accounting transactions. Drive meaningful accounting process transformation and automation.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (required).
