Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and general office procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR‑related tasks, including maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
