About the Role
Administrative Assistant – Commercial Property Management
This position is an onsite role based out of our Fort Wayne, IN office.
As the Administrative Assistant supporting the Commercial Property Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide administrative and organizational support and become part of our active and growing team. You thrive on maintaining excellent records including processing invoices, managing couriers, organizing mail, ordering office supplies and helping organize social events. You are a true team player and thrive on paying attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and conference room bookings.
- Manage the office events calendar, ensuring all activities and events are scheduled, communicated and executed smoothly.
- Assist with tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support building management staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
- 1‑2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a commercial property or office setting.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
