Material Administrator
We are currently seeking a Materials Admin to provide support to our commercial and inventory teams. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including entering orders, tracking shipments, monitoring orders, and order expediting.
Responsibilities- Support commercial sales team with order management
- Maintain documentation requirements
- Receive and process Purchase Orders
- Track orders and update customers if there are any delays
- Assist with order expedite requests
- Assist with metric tracking
- Support the sales and inventory departments as needed
- Associate's degree and/or 3 years related experience in sales and customer service
- Previous Administrative Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Power Point, AS4000 Environment, BI Server
- Communication, organizational, and time management skills
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR and EAR regulations.
