About the Role
We are searching for an EHS Administrative Support professional with 3–5 years of experience to support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Engineering and Property Services operations at our client site in Warsaw, IN (DePuy Synthes).
This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, communication, and coordination within a manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in supporting system documentation, project tracking, meeting coordination, and site logistics—helping ensure smooth execution of EHS and facilities-related activities.
A Day in Your Life at Seven GenAs EHS Administrative Support on the Seven Gen team, you will:
- Drive Organization & Efficiency by managing documentation, tracking projects, and supporting operational workflows across EHS and Facilities teams
- Support Critical Systems by creating, reviewing, and maintaining records and work activity within Maximo and internal systems
- Coordinate Projects by assisting with preventative maintenance tracking, scheduling, and reporting to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Facilitate Communication by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and serving as a central communication point
- Manage Logistics by supporting onsite coordination including meetings, visitors, onboarding activities, and team events
- Collaborate Across Teams by working closely with engineering, EHS, and operations personnel within a manufacturing environment
- Deliver Exceptional Service through responsiveness, organization, and proactive support of team and client needs
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role
- Experience working in an office environment within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Maximo or other CMMS; exposure to EHS, Facilities, or Maintenance operations is a plus
