Substitute Secretary
Terms of employment. Hours and location will vary based on district need and substitute availability. Purpose provides a wide variety of secretarial duties/functions as a support to the department/building. Qualifications requires 3-5 years experience as secretary/administrative assistant. Previous school secretarial experience preferred. Proven computer usage as could be obtained by 1-2 years of experience, including Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to successfully interact and build relationships with a variety of individuals, such as students, parents, staff, community members, etc., as evidenced by previous customer service experience. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a composed and timely manner. Ability to be a team member. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills required with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
