Position Overview
In this key position the candidate will ensure an effective administrative service, ensuring that as the first point of contact with external stakeholders a professional image of Terex is portrayed. A flawless procedure for welcoming and dealing with customers and ensuring that internal administration requirements are met.
Responsibilities- Deal with all incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Extend a professional greeting and welcome to all visitors, dealers, customers, suppliers to the site and any other members of the general public.
- Maintain the visitor database.
- Assist in the management and implementation of the Company Guest Visitor Program.
- Assist in managing the team member/vendor/guest badging system.
- Prepare online bookings and paperwork for courier companies.
- Prepare outgoing mail and deliver mail internally.
- Maintain office supply orders and deliveries, ensuring stocks are maintained.
- Handle catering bookings.
- Maintain the tidy upkeep of the reception area and general office environment.
- Manage and book travel arrangements for team members and guests.
- Support Terex Advance administrative needs as required.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility to accept and fulfill any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
- Work an 8am‑4:30pm schedule Monday‑Friday.

Education & Experience:
Excellent computer literacy with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office. - Experience in a busy office environment, preferably within a shared services environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, organise, multitask and communicate well; confident telephone manner.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with high levels of efficiency and organisational skills.
- Ability to be discreet and use own initiative.
- Systems knowledge (scanning, purchase orders & receiving transactions) would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Team player able to demonstrate strong customer focus with energy, drive and commitment to successfully work through any and all issues and objectives related to this role and the overall team.
Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $19.00.
Work schedule:
8am‑4:30pm, Monday‑Friday.
