Responsibilities- Manage office duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping software.
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and clients with precision.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing Word processing materials to support daily operations.
- Assist with office management activities including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
- Provide client communication support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and customer support initiatives.
- Support Operations when needed, including managing client information securely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Quick Books, and productivity software.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, typing, and document proofreading accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English and bilingual capabilities a plus.
- Excellent phone communication etiquette.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and familiarity with calendar management tools.
