Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant & Client Coordinator position is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in creating a polished, welcoming, and efficient experience. This role supports advisors, manages administrative workflows, and helps keep the office running smoothly. As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in delivering the welcoming, professional, and caring experience that defines our firm.
WhatYou’ll Do
- First Impression — Greet clients, manage phones, and maintain a warm, professional environment.
- Administrative support — Schedule appointments, manage CRM updates and management, coordinate reminders, and support review processes.
- Office operations — Handle mail, supplies, Zoom setup, and general office organization.
- Event coordination — Assist with client and team events throughout the year.
- Communications — Support email communications and light website updates.
- Professional, friendly, and polished communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay proactive
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Word, CRM systems)
- Reliable, punctual, and business-professional in appearance
- Supporting advisors and serving as a liaison between clients and team members
- Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or client support roles
