We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Vehicle Prep Porter / PDI Technician to join our fast-paced dealership team.

This is an important role within our Reconditioning and Sales operations. You'll help make sure vehicles move efficiently through the dealership and are clean, inspected, organized, and ready for display, customer delivery, or the next step in the recon process.

This position is designed to provide a clear path for growth within our dealership.

Team members begin by learning the fundamentals of vehicle preparation, lot organization, vehicle movement, cleaning, merchandising, and delivery preparation. As your knowledge, speed, and proficiency grow, you can advance into a Vehicle Prep Porter II / PDI Technician role with expanded responsibilities supporting new vehicle inventory and Honda Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations.

You don't need extensive automotive experience to get started. We'll provide training and help you develop the skills needed to advance.

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• When you work a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off during that same week.
