• Serve as an ambassador for Next Level Technician by leading assigned projects from initiation through closeout
• Oversee all aspects of structured cabling and integrated systems projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Supervise and direct internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery
• Align business objectives and strategically allocate resources to support customers within a comprehensive risk and safety management program
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to company, client, and site-specific safety policies and procedures
• Manage installation strategies using industry best practices and proven construction methods
• Track project performance metrics to meet or exceed project expectations
• Identify change events and implement effective change-management strategies
• Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement
• Travel as required, including overnight travel, to support project needs

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
• 7-10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects
• Experience overseeing multiple contract types: lump sum, cost plus/GMP, unit price, design?build/design?assist, and T&M
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project delivery best practices
• Ability to identify risk, change events, and mitigation strategies proactively
• Preferred certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP
• Additional BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
