Lead the box office team at Foellinger Theatre, keeping ticketing operations smooth, accurate, and guest-focused from presales to curtain call.

• Supervise, train, and schedule box office staff and seasonal team members
• Manage ticketing promotions, presales, VIP packages, and special programs
• Oversee show-day operations including scanning, audits, and sales reporting
• Track ticket inventory, reconcile sales, and maintain accurate financial records
• Resolve patron concerns and create a positive, welcoming guest experience

• High school diploma or GED; related degree preferred
• 1–2 years of box office or ticketing experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong customer service, cash handling, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and stay calm in a fast-paced event environment

• Valid Indiana Driver's License

• Ticketmaster TM1 or similar ticketing software
• Basic accounting and reporting tools
• General computer proficiency
