Job DescriptionLead day‑to‑day business operations by driving operational efficiency, analyzing performance data, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and serving as the bridge between operations, technical teams, and customers to ensure successful service delivery.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Oversee daily fulfillment and operational activities across multiple locations
- Analyze operational data, build reports, and identify process improvements
- Coordinate with customer support, field services, IT, and development teams
- Monitor service performance, system uptime, and SLA compliance
- Manage operational workflows, escalations, and issue resolution
- Support inventory planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Develop documentation, operational procedures, and reporting processes
- Assist with RFP responses, budgeting, and operational planning
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams
- Present operational findings and recommendations to leadership
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of business or operations management experience
- Strong experience analyzing data and building operational reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience improving operational processes and workflows
- Experience supporting fulfillment or field service operations
- Inventory planning or forecasting experience
- Experience supporting software delivery or technology organizations
- RFP support experience
- Experience working with cross‑functional operational initiatives
- Background in logistics or service operations
