Job SummaryAssist in the preparation, filing, and regulatory approval of company products.
PositionEssential Functions and Responsibilities

- Master the product and rate filing submission process, respond to insurance department objections, and obtain filing approval within designated time limits.
- Understand the compliance requirements and filing procedures in the various states.
- Understand internal form workflow processes, procedures, and database.
- Complete other projects as assigned.

- Possess strong communication, decision-making, computer, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The CPCU, ARP or other insurance studies would be beneficial.
- Experience with in the insurance industry and basic knowledge of rating, policy forms and endorsements would be beneficial.
