Compliance Officer, Lead Governance — Enterprise Freight

You will own the governance of lead lifecycle management, ensuring that leads are properly managed and routed within our system. Your role will involve defining clear stage definitions, monitoring lead velocity, and maintaining data integrity across our operations.

• Lead lifecycle governance:
  Write and enforce rules of engagement for lead management.
• Parent-child hierarchy management:
  Maintain corporate structure mapping to account ownership.
• Data integrity:
  Own standards for customer master data and conduct recurring audits.
• Adjudication and enforcement:
  Resolve ownership conflicts and maintain the rulebook.

• Five years of freight brokerage experience, required.

• Experience in lead or account governance at a company selling into large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of shipper relationships and account management.

• Experience with named account rules, territory disputes, and routing logic.
• Ability to think in process first, tooling second.
• Comfortable making decisions and communicating them effectively.

$90,000–$120,000 plus performance bonus, commensurate with experience.
