Provides executive-level familiarization across the entire Battle Staff, preparing Team Chiefs for multi-functional responsibilities.

• Deliver initial and recurring Team Chief training.
• Provide cross-functional orientation for all NAOC battle staff positions.
• Evaluate leadership and operational readiness.
• Assist with integrated training for full Battle Staff certification.

• Prior NAOC Battle Staff leadership experience preferred.
• Broad expertise spanning WO, EA, COMM, SOPS, COPS, Intelligence roles.

• TS/SCI/SAP.
