Do you enjoy being on the move, supporting construction projects, and helping turn plans into real-world results?

What You'll Do

* Gather data for field reconnaissance and verify plans against site conditions

* Track assets, perform construction material inventory, and collect GPS data

* Support construction teams with site prep, project completion, and follow-up

* Assist with inspections, reporting, and verification testing of installed materials and equipment

* Identify non-compliant work based on contract documents

* Complete City training modules

What You Bring

* High school diploma with construction-related coursework

* Two years of construction experience preferred; equipment operation experience desired

* Eager to learn, hands-on, and detail-oriented

* Able to communicate clearly with engineers, contractors, and utility staff

Knowledge & Skills

* Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and project workflows

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus as priorities change

* Professionalism in interacting with staff, contractors, and the public

* Familiarity with GPS and field data collection a plus
