Project Estimator

A growing, multi-state construction company is seeking an Estimator with a sales-oriented mindset to support DOT and infrastructure projects. • Prepare accurate cost estimates for DOT and heavy civil projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Utilize estimating software such as Heavy Bid (HCSS) or Accubid
• Support bid strategy development, pricing, and proposal preparation
• Collaborate with operations, project managers, and leadership during the preconstruction phase
• Assist with bid reviews, scope analysis, and risk assessment
• Maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Exposure to DOT projects and public-sector bidding processes
• Experience with Heavy Bid (HCSS) or Accubid
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in growing into a long-term estimating or preconstruction role
• Willingness to travel to main office in Plymouth, IN every now and then.

• Recent construction management, engineering, or related degree
