Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates covering labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop project pricing
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and day to day coordination
- Review subcontractor bids, invoices, and progress payments
- Track project progress and manage change orders and documentation
- 3-5 years experience in estimating or project management within construction
- Experience with civil, concrete, carpentry, or structural projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Good organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
