Job Title:
General Contractor / Reconstruction Project Manager
Location:
Central Indiana
Growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking an experienced General Contractor with strong subcontractor relationships and proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors
* Maintain schedules, budgets, and job quality
* Review insurance scopes/estimates (Xactimate preferred)
* Communicate with customers and internal team
Qualifications:
* 5+ years construction or GC experience
* Established subcontractor network
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Insurance restoration experience preferred
* Valid driver's license
