• Per Diem: $130/day for seven days
• Completion Bonus: $150/month

  60 hours, Monday – Saturday, 1st shift

The Construction Safety Manager will oversee safety for an electrical contractor on a data center project.

• BCSP: STSC or higher BCSP designation
• OSHA 510
• 5+ years of field construction safety experience

• Conduct routine safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across multiple project sites.
• Lead incident investigations, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety orientations and ongoing training for employees, subcontractors, and new hires.
• Partner with project management and field teams to identify and mitigate safety risks proactively.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports, inspections, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and site‑specific safety requirements.
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the project team.

• Strong communication and public speaking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

• In‑depth understanding of EHS principles and construction safety regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate and enforce safety standards and best practices
• Familiarity with mechanical construction safety, particularly underground piping operations
