Gregory Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to support heavy civil and mission critical projects across multiple regions. This role is designed for someone who is ready to step up—whether you’re currently a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent looking to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role.

This is a travel-based position. Project locations will vary, and flexibility is essential. Candidates should be open to working across the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic based on project needs.

• Lead day-to-day field operations across grading, utilities, concrete, and sitework scopes
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to meet production, schedule, and quality goals
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics
• Partner with Project Managers to execute work plans and adjust as needed
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
• Monitor job progress and proactively address field issues
• Support crew development and maintain a strong, accountable jobsite culture

• 3–5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• Experience leading crews as a Foreman or similar role
• Working knowledge of grading, utilities, paving, and concrete operations
• Ability to read plans and understand sequencing of work
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Willingness to travel consistently and work in multiple regions
