Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Overview

The Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within Landmark Roofing’s Production Department by overseeing roofing projects from start to finish in the field. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Landmark Roofing’s high standards of quality.

The Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with homeowners, inspecting workmanship, managing materials, and proactively solving problems before they impact production. This role requires someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise subcontractors and crews throughout all phases of roofing projects.
  • Enforce Landmark Roofing safety policies and OSHA standards to maintain a safe jobsite.
  • Develop daily work plans and manage project schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor workmanship throughout construction and perform final quality inspections.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and professional jobsites that reflect Landmark Roofing’s standards.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners regarding project progress, expectations, and any changes.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges through effective troubleshooting and decision‑making.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and reinforce company expectations with crews.
  • Document project progress with notes and photos while keeping Production Management informed.
  • Build positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Return unused materials promptly and help minimize waste on every project.
Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Production team.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and project management software.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of construction or roofing supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading subcontractors or construction crews.
  • Experience coordinating schedules and material deliveries.
  • Familiarity with Acculynx or similar project management software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • OSHA certification or other construction safety training.

Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday (Hours vary based on project needs and weather conditions)
