Commercial Project Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Commercial Project Coordinator for a thriving design-build construction company in Fort Wayne, IN. This position will oversee the progress of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring alignment between schedules, budgets, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the entire lifecycle of commercial and industrial construction projects
- Act as the primary contact for clients, project updates, and issue resolution
- Manage project schedules, budgets, billing support, and financial tracking
- Facilitate collaboration among subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and field operations
- Lead OAC meetings, uphold project documentation standards, and ensure code compliance
- Strengthen jobsite safety through meetings, inspections, reporting, and daily oversight
- Provide mentorship and support to team members through coaching and feedback
- Embrace the company's values and EOS-driven operating culture
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrate a solid background in project management within commercial construction
- Possess experience with commercial or industrial design-build projects
- Proficient in Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, and Timberline software
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, equipment, technology, and execution
- Effective communication, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work extended construction schedules as necessary
- Experience with EOS is advantageous, though not mandatory
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $115,000, depending on experience
