Primavera P6 Scheduler

About the Role

• CMC Project Solutions is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support the construction of a large-scale, mission-critical facility for one of our clients.
• This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment, partnering with project teams to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules that drive successful project delivery.
• This position has an immediate need and is expected to start as soon as possible. The role is primarily onsite, with the possibility of 3 to 4 days per week onsite depending on project needs.
• Compensation: $100 to $145 per hour, with higher rates considered for exceptional experience.

• Develop, maintain, and update Primavera P6 project schedules.
• Perform critical path and schedule performance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare schedule updates and progress reports for project leadership.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support schedule recovery planning and forecasting.
• Participate in project planning and schedule review meetings.

• Demonstrated experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting large construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative project environment.

• Experience working for a general contractor or EPC organization.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Primarily onsite (typically 3 to 4 days per week).
• Candidates willing to relocate are preferred.
• Travel may be considered for select opportunities.
