Superintendent – Commercial/Industrial Construction (Union)

Our client in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a Superintendent – Commercial/Industrial Construction (Union) to join their team. As the Construction Site Manager, you will oversee all site activities to ensure projects meet safety, timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will lead field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, building strong relationships within the project team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively.

- Coordinate site operations for safety, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Resolve site conflicts and enforce project specifications
- Communicate and manage project schedule and subcontractor readiness
- Monitor budget, scope changes, and enforce safety compliance
- Represent the company in client meetings and maintain client satisfaction
- Lead and motivate the project team through effective communication and support

- 10+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience
- Experience as lead superintendent on projects valued at $3M+
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Procore experience desired
- Ability to interpret construction plans and documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction technology and methods
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Experience working within an EOS-driven organization

- Pay Rate: $38–$45/hr
