Construction Project Manager
Seeking a Construction Project Manager for a growing need in Fort Wayne, IN. Candidates with five years of experience in commercial/industrial projects preferred. Relocation support available.
Responsibilities include overseeing projects from start to finish, managing tasks both in the office and on-site to ensure client satisfaction and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, problem-solving, and driven by results in a dynamic setting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with integrity and accountability.
Project Manager Requirements:- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering
- 5+ years working for a Commercial Design-Build Contractor
- Experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore & Timberline
- Thorough knowledge of construction
- Adherence to company policies and standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning abilities
- Willingness to work 10-hour days
- Experience in an EOS-driven organization
- Client liaison, update provider, and issue resolver
- Work with internal teams to ensure project progress and accountability
- Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders
- Handle billing, budget monitoring, financial reporting, and risk assessment
- Ensure site safety, conduct safety meetings, inspections, and recordkeeping
- Lead OAC meetings, maintain records, and uphold quality standards
- Manage subcontracts, track performance, and resolve disputes with support
- Support team growth through delegation, training, and feedback
- Promote company values and drive organizational change
- Salary range $85,000 – $115,000, experience-based
