What You'll Do:- Answer calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Route requests, resolve issues, and update city systems.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely, accurate responses.
- Associate's degree or call center experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and tech skills.
- Problem-solver who enjoys helping the community.
