Trane Technologies is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indiana to serve as a customer advocate, driving satisfaction and revenue growth through service agreements and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities- Acts as a customer advocate to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high satisfaction rates, retention, quotes, pull-through, and service agreement base growth.
- Provides assistance in the account management process for existing clients, including the identification and execution of additional services.
- Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure they are satisfied with existing services, leading to account retention.
- Collaborates with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products, renewals, and service agreement renewals.
- Assesses and evaluates potential service agreement opportunities at startup.
- Actively makes outbound calls leveraging open WIP, Salesforce reporting, Linkage, Lost SA list, T&M work orders, new equipment start-ups, etc.
- Owns and updates the asset linkage tool.
- Follows up on SMP, connectivity reports, VRF lists (outdated equipment lists), and BCU upgrades.
- Owns follow-ups on expiring quick quotes internally and externally.
- Owns follow-ups on old non-service agreement customer calls using GANT charts.
- 4+ years of formal education (Business, Engineering) OR 4 years of successful inside sales experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, such as DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
