• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call to vehicle pickup
• Capture first-time callers and create an outstanding first impression
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently
• Oversee workflow for 2–3 technicians daily
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Help drive shop growth through professionalism and trust

• Strong phone and communication skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but the right personality and work ethic matter most
