Grote Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Team Lead to help drive our customer experience and sales opportunities. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for coaching, training, and motivating our call‑center team while ensuring customers receive exceptional service throughout their buying journey.

• Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
• Monitor inbound and outbound call activity
• Coach team members on phone skills, appointment setting, and follow‑up process
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with sales management to maximize showroom traffic and sales opportunities
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• CRM experience

Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
