Customer Solutions Specialist (Institutions)

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist (Internally known as the Parts Expert) to assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns. The role is part of a team focused on delivering high-level customer service, ensuring quality standards, and exceeding customer expectations.

• Handle 50-70 inbound customer interactions daily, including phone calls and emails, while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Process customer requests: order entry, status updates, part identification, pricing & availability confirmation, returns, etc.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to address customer needs.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (face-to-face or over the phone).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Positive, outgoing, team-spirited attitude and excellent communication in English (written and verbal). Bilingual is a plus.
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST) with schedule adjustments as needed; first 3 weeks of training 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (EST).

• Salary range: $37,348.78 – $50,403.56 annually ($17.96 – $24.23 hourly).
