Parts Town is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage warranty dispatch from start to finish. You’ll work with Inside Service Technicians, manufacturers, and service providers to order parts, dispatch service, perform follow-ups, and deliver top-notch customer service.
The role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, and excellent English communication in a fast-paced team environment. Strong MS Office skills and research ability are a plus.
