Position: Dealer Support Account Representative

This isn’t a traditional customer service role where you’re answering the same questions all day. You’re the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealers across North America and beyond—helping them navigate challenges, coordinating shipments, anticipating problems before they happen, and making sure they always know someone has their back.

What You’ll Do

You’ll become the trusted partner for a group of Master Spas dealers, helping them grow their businesses while making sure every order moves from production to delivery as smoothly as possible.

Build Strong Dealer Relationships
  • Become the go‑to contact for your assigned dealer accounts.
  • Build trust through proactive communication—not just reacting when something goes wrong.
  • Learn your dealers’ businesses so you can anticipate their needs before they ask.
  • Solve problems quickly while creating positive experiences that keep dealers coming back.
Keep Orders Moving
  • Prepare and manage sales orders, packing slips, and dealer documentation with accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory and product availability for your assigned accounts.
  • Ensure every order stays organized from purchase through shipment.
Coordinate Across Teams
  • Work closely with Production, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting to keep everyone aligned.
  • Help coordinate shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate updates clearly so dealers always know what to expect.
Make Things Better
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and eliminate unnecessary headaches.
  • Support department projects that improve the experience for both dealers and internal teams.
  • Be someone who doesn’t just identify problems—you help solve them.

Schedule

  • 7:00 am‑5:00 pm M–Th with 1 hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am‑12:00 noon
