Automotive Service Scheduler

We are seeking an Automotive Service Scheduler.

The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Overtime pay for anything over 40 hours.

• Handling inbound calls and emails in a timely manner to set service appointments
• Provides support to advisors and service management
• Using Ford’s new Red Cap app to communicate with service customers

• Previous experience in customer service
• Must be energetic
• Possess excellent phone & email communication skills
• Able to use a smart phone
• Have organizing & documenting skills
