This full-time position offers regular Monday‑Friday hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) in a daytime shift. The role provides a competitive hourly salary and opportunities for field impact while engaging with customers, vendors, and sales staff.

• Customer interaction via telephone and/or in person
• Entering customer orders in ERP
• Quoting customer pricing, both verbally and electronically
• Expediting customer orders and direct purchase orders when customers inquire
• Negotiating pricing with customers and vendors
• Interaction with outside sales personnel
• Interaction with vendor representatives
• Pricing large spreadsheet‑type quote packages (Excel)
• Quick decision‑making ability
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• P21 knowledge preferred
• Tooling knowledge preferred
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time
• Computer knowledge, Windows environment, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• High School Diploma required – some college preferred
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred
• Experience in customer service office setting preferred
