Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North is seeking an Automotive Service Scheduler to manage service appointments and customer communications. The role is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch, and overtime pay for hours over 40.
You will handle inbound calls and emails, support advisors and service management, and use Ford's Red Cap app to communicate with customers. We offer benefits including medical, dental, 401K, paid holidays, and paid training.
