Martin Supply Co seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver timely, accurate support, process orders, and maintain strong customer relationships. Non-Exempt role reporting to the Customer Service Manager, standard hours, Monday through Friday.
You will use CSD/Excel and internal tools to assist customers, coordinate with sales, and prepare quotes. A bachelor in business is preferred or equivalent experience; 2+ years in industrial supply customer service is desirable.
