Our 24/7 Customer Care Call Center provides nationwide assistance to customers across the United States and Canada. As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact, ensuring customer inquiries and concerns are resolved fairly, effectively, and fluently in both English and Spanish. You will demonstrate ownership by instilling confidence through clear, professional communication, utilizing sound technical troubleshooting, and delivering timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming inquiries from English- and Spanish-speaking customers regarding offered services and programs.
- Explain processes and procedures for loading and changing materials associated with various self-service terminals.
- Perform research to respond accurately to customer inquiries and satisfy their needs through effective problem resolution.
- Remotely access equipment to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Dispatch field technicians when on-site technical support is required.
- Escalate complex customer issues or concerns to next-level support and management as appropriate.
- Maintain complete customer confidentiality while strictly adhering to privacy regulations.
- Multi-task and navigate seamlessly across multiple internal systems and software applications simultaneously.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
- Prior experience in a dual-language (English/Spanish) customer support role.
- Prior experience remotely accessing equipment or assisting with self-service terminal hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding customer service performance expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills with a collaborative work style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action and an ability to avoid workplace distractions.

Qualifications- Language
Skills:
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal communication skills in both languages. - Education:
Minimum of a High School diploma/GED, or an Associate's Degree in lieu of required experience. - Experience:
1-3 years of experience, preferably in a customer care or call center setting. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn virtual assistance tools. - Task Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads, multi-task, drive tasks to completion, and maintain strict attention to detail. - Confidentiality:
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information.
