- Hourly Rate: $36–$43/hour or 30% of net production (whichever is greater)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern, well-established practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images
- Accurately document patient medical histories, clinical findings, and treatment notes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and long-term dental health
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with infection control and clinical protocols
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Indiana
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient care
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
