Imagine practicing dentistry in a thriving, modern practice where you're trusted as the primary provider, supported by an experienced team, and given a clear path to ownership—all while living in one of the Midwest's most affordable and family-friendly cities.

We're seeking a compassionate, motivated General Dentist to join our established private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is more than just another associate position—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career with clinical autonomy, exceptional earning potential, and a genuine partnership opportunity.

Whether you're looking to expand your clinical skills, establish roots in a welcoming community, or eventually own part of a successful practice, this opportunity offers the support and flexibility to help you achieve your goals.

Why Fort Wayne?

If you're ready to escape high housing costs, long commutes, and the stress of overcrowded cities, Fort Wayne offers an exceptional quality of life without sacrificing career opportunities.

You’ll Enjoy:
  • lowest costs of living in the country
  • Beautiful homes at a fraction of the cost of larger metropolitan areas
  • Top-rated public and private schools
  • Safe, family-oriented neighborhoods
  • A vibrant downtown with restaurants, breweries, parks, and year-round festivals
  • More than 120 miles of walking and biking trails
  • Nationally recognized parks and one of America's best children's zoos
  • Commute times averaging just 20 minutes
  • Easy access to Indianapolis, Chicago, Detroit, and Columbus

Fort Wayne continues to grow as one of the Midwest's premier destinations for healthcare professionals, offering an ideal balance of professional success and personal fulfillment.

What You’ll Receive:
Compensation & Benefits
  • Up to 36% of Production
  • Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on experience and schedule commitment)
  • Health Insurance
  • 401(k) with Employer Match
  • Paid Continuing Education
  • Clinical mentorship and professional growth opportunities
  • Established patient base from day one
  • Modern, recently renovated office
  • Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Partnership Opportunity

We believe exceptional doctors deserve the opportunity to build equity—not just produce dentistry.

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to purchase 50% ownership of the practice with 100% financing available, allowing you to become a partner without the burden of a large upfront investment.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist seeking long-term stability, leadership, and financial growth.

Your Role

As the Primary Provider, you'll enjoy the autonomy to practice comprehensive dentistry while leading patient care within a collaborative, supportive environment.

You’ll provide:

  • Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis
  • Preventive and restorative dentistry
  • Crowns, bridges, and fillings
  • Extractions
  • Root canal therapy
  • Comprehensive treatment planning
  • Patient education and long-term oral health management

Dentists with experience—or an interest—in implant dentistry and endodontics will find significant opportunities for clinical growth and increased production.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a dentist who is:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
  • Motivated to grow both clinically and professionally
  • Interested in leadership and long-term partnership
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Committed to creating an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Indiana dental license (or eligibility)
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and case presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software
  • Commitment to quality clinical care and HIPAA compliance
Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Many dental opportunities promise high earning potential. Few offer the combination of:

  • A thriving, established patient base
  • Clinical autonomy
  • Leadership responsibilities
  • A true pathway to ownership
  • Outstanding work‑life balance
  • A city where your income goes significantly further

If you're looking for more than just your next job—and instead want to build a rewarding career in a community you'll be proud to call home—we'd love to speak with you.
