We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. About Us

Sycamore Hills Dentistry is a locally owned, private dental practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana — not a corporate office.

Founded by Dr. Nicholas Rorick, a Fort Wayne native, Navy veteran, and graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry, our practice was built around providing friendly, modern, family dentistry in a state‑of‑the‑art environment.

We get to compassionately serve our community by providing friendly, modern, family dentistry.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome patients warmly and professionally
  • Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
  • Coordinate and maintain efficient provider schedules
  • Verify insurance and assist with administrative tasks
  • Present treatment and financial information clearly and confidently
  • Help create a smooth, organized, and positive patient experience
  • Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative office culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Positive, friendly, and professional personality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Dental or healthcare office experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
