Design Collaborative is seeking an experienced Project Architect / Architectural Designer who is passionate about creating people‑first places. This role is ideal for a curious, creative, and solution‑oriented designer who enjoys owning their work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction.
What You’ll Do- Contribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
- Develop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools
- Collaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions
- Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets
- Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program
- 5+ years of professional architectural design experience
- Registered Architect (RA) or actively working toward licensure
- Commercial project experience, preferably in one or more of the following markets:
Multi‑Family / Multi‑Use, Workplace, Financial, Industrial - Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through construction
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, communication, and time‑management skills
- Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with technical precision
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Commute to this job’s location
- Working in an onsite setting
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 3+ years of Architecture and Planning experience
- No need for visa sponsorship
- 3+ years of work experience with Revit
