Practice details include:
- Three year guaranteed salary of above $700,000
- Paid on-call duties with less than 10 days of call
- Paid Indiana medical, DEA and CSR licenses and up to two (2) medical organization memberships
- Three hour drive to Chicago for professional sports and literally minutes to Indianapolis
- Hospital Employee, Traditional
- Paid malpractice coverage
- 1:4 Call Ratio
