This role is uniquely structured to allow you to focus entirely on patient care and surgical outcomes. You will benefit from a sophisticated workflow that includes a Dedicated Hand Program Director, a specialized anesthesia team, and a robust support staff (PA, nursing, and scribes). With access to 2–3 dedicated operating rooms and a growing statewide musculoskeletal network, you can build a practice at scale while maintaining the agility and independence of private practice.
