Pediatrix® is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a long-standing, collegial neonatology team in Fort Wayne, Indiana—a thriving mid-sized city with easy access to Chicago, Indianapolis, and Detroit.

• Work‑Life Balance:

• Team‑Based Care:
  Join a stable team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time neonatologists, partnering closely with a dedicated group of hospital‑employed NNPs.
• Diverse Clinical Environment:
  Primary coverage of a Level III NICU; support and consultation at two Level II NICUs; access to pediatric surgery and a highly skilled neonatal transport team; hospital support—practice in a setting where neonatologists are valued and supported by responsive and collaborative hospital leadership.
