Residence Hall Director

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Residence Hall Director. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Residence Hall Director will report to the Director of Residential Life and will have responsibility in helping to develop a Catholic culture in the residence halls that is faith-filled, safe, and welcoming, while fostering a dynamic community in which the formation of the whole person is promoted and achieved.

This individual will oversee Clare Hall and Bonzel, work with SAC, and work with Campus Ministry to lead Women's Night. They will ensure the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Residence Hall Director is responsible for assisting the Director of Residential Life in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan.

The successful candidate will promote and maintain a positive residence hall living-learning environment consistent with the mission and emphasizing the importance of integrity, compassion, humility, community engagement, personal and spiritual development, and academic success.
