Terms of Employment
Salary ranges from $94,.
Purpose:
Provide leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating an instructional program appropriate to the needs of the students and consistent with the goals and objectives of the school and corporation.
Qualifications:
* Valid Indiana Administrative Certification is required.
* Successful elementary teaching experience and administrative experience preferred.
* Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader.
* Proven effectiveness in working with students, parents and teachers.
* Demonstrated leadership in curriculum, staff development and performance evaluation.
* Commitment to community and parent involvement.
* Proven and effective communication skills.
* Commitment to technology and data analysis to support student learning.
* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
