Purpose
Provide job-embedded differentiated professional learning to ensure teachers continuously improve their ability to provide instructional services to students resulting in increased student achievement.

School Year - Work Hours:
Elementary Schools: 7:45 am–3:45 pm;
Middle and High Schools: 7:10 am–3:10 pm - Benefits Included:

Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas. Must possess knowledge of effective practices including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction. Student performance data in the teacher's classroom must show a positive trend of growth on the Indiana College and Career Standards. Demonstrated leadership on their Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and at the school in developing school-based curriculum (SCIP's Assessments of and for Learning and Instructional Design).
Have skillfully facilitated teams through curriculum processes or problem solving effectively.
- Any valid Indiana Teaching license with content endorsement(s) covering grades K–6.
