Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:
- Any valid Indiana Teaching license with content endorsement(s) covering grades K-6
Must possess knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction. Student performance data in the teacher's classroom must show a positive trend of growth on the Indiana College and Career Standards. Demonstrated leadership on their Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and at the school in developing school-based curriculum (SCIP's, Assessments of and for Learning, and Instructional Design).
Have skillfully facilitated teams through curriculum processes or problem solving effectively.
